Bookings can be made at any time via any of the details listed in the contact
us section of this page.
Mish Mash Makeup is available for makeup artistry services 7 days per week, and all working hours are negotiable.
Mish Mash Makeup generally services all areas of the Gold Coast and Brisbane, however by advanced appointment is also available to travel interstate and overseas.
Advanced bookings are appreciated and the more notice given the more chances you will have of securing your preferred date. Mish Mash Makeup will make every effort to fulfil all bookings, however cannot guarantee availability if bookings are attempted at late notice. In some circumstances, such as busy times, a deposit may be required to secure your preferred date.
If any problems arise in relation to your makeup artistry service booking please do not hesitate to contact Mish Mash Makeup to discuss your concerns.
Cancellations:
It is requested that Mish Mash Makeup is informed of any cancellations at
the earliest time possible. If the cancellation notice is received less
than 48 hours before the event any deposits taken will only be refunded
at the discretion of Mish Mash Makeup.
If your booking has required Mish Mash Makeup to pay for any out-of-pocket-expenses, such as travel and accommodation in order to fulfil your booking, and is unable to have these costs refunded at the time of your cancellation, these charges may also be incurred at a cost to you.
No standard cancellation fees will be charged if no out-of-pocket-expenses have been incurred.
Pricing:
Mish Mash Makeup is able to provide an array of makeup services for different
occasions, each varying in price.
All prices are calculated from a standard charge, however can be negotiated depending on the size and nature of each particular assignment.

Please note that group discounts are available, as are minimum priced trial services which can be refunded on the day of your event.
Generally no travel costs are charged for locations within a 40km radius of the Brisbane GPO. For other locations a small travel fee may be incurred, based on the distance traveled. If parking fees are incurred in the area, Mish Mash Makeup also requires that these are covered.
All pricing includes GST and can be itemised on your invoice.
For all assignments, Mish Mash Makeup’s pricing schedule can be negotiated in advance, and depending on the nature of your requirements, can be charged at a full day, half day, per hour, or per face rate. Extended contracts are also available and can be negotiated on a per assignment basis.
Please note that makeup artistry services to be provided on a public holiday may also incur a holiday surcharge.
Payment:
Mish Mash Makeup accepts cash payments, cheques, and direct transfers.
Please ensure that all cheques are made payable to “Michelle Hargreaves T/AS Mish Mash Makeup” and posted to PO Box 4578 Elanora QLD 4221 or given to Michelle in person.
Direct Transfer details will be provided on your invoice, or can be requested via phone or email.
Please ensure that all direct transfers are labeled with your invoice number, company name, or surname, so that all payments can be matched to the outstanding invoices accordingly.
Please note that tax invoices can be made out and forwarded to you in advance and that for special occasion and bridal makeup only cash payments are accepted on the day of the service.
